- Please ensure you are waiting at the hotel lobby at the exact pick-up start time indicated on your confirmation slip. The Thai driver will not contact you by phone in advance. The driver's waiting time is approximately 5 minutes. As this is a shared transfer service, it is normal for the driver to arrive late. If the driver has not arrived 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, please contact customer service to track the vehicle and wait patiently.
- Individuals who have undergone surgery, are post-partum, have recently miscarried, are pregnant, are over 60 years old, or have conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, spinal conditions, allergies, malignant tumors, or other illnesses that are unsuitable for sea travel, and who have not informed customer service prior to departure, may be refused service by the boat company on the day of travel due to safety concerns. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and any other expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the guest.
