Cancellation Policy

Notice of any cancellation or reduction of reserved treatments and or treatment beds must be provided in writing to the Oasis Spa
at least 24 hours in advance for FIT bookings and 7 days in advance for group bookings.

No Shows are subject to the total charge of treatments reserved at the contract rate.

  • Please arrive at the spa 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please be mindful of travel time due to potential traffic issues. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the spa reserves the right to cancel your booking, accommodate other guests, and no refunds will be issued. Please be aware of this.
  • If you anticipate being late, please contact our customer service in advance to coordinate. Generally, your appointment time will be adjusted by the amount of time you are late, as we have other clients scheduled after you and cannot extend the appointment. We do not accept complaints, refunds, or partial refunds for massage time shortened due to lateness. Thank you for your understanding.
