On the date of use, please redeem your ticket at the ticket exchange point at least 30 minutes prior to the meeting time indicated on your confirmation voucher. Please present your confirmation voucher (printed or electronic version recommended) or the lead traveler's name for ticket redemption. Please ensure you receive your confirmation voucher. If you encounter any issues with ticket redemption on the day of, please contact the local customer service number provided on your confirmation voucher for assistance.

• Transportation and Check-in:

All cruises require self-transportation. Due to severe traffic congestion in Bangkok, please allow ample travel time to reach the ticket exchange point for ticket redemption. Failure to board due to late arrival will result in non-refundable tickets. Please be aware.

• Seating Arrangements:

Specific seat assignments cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking. Seating arrangements are coordinated by the cruise operator based on overall order logistics. Requests for outdoor or indoor air-conditioned seating can be noted, but are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. We will strive to accommodate your preferences.

• Rainy Season Considerations:

During Thailand's rainy season (May to October), outdoor seating is not recommended. If you book rooftop open-air deck seating, you may be relocated to a shared table on the first or second floor in the event of rain. Weather conditions are beyond our control, and no compensation or complaints will be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

• Child Age Verification:

Please purchase tickets according to the actual age of the child to avoid on-site age verification and additional charges.

• Special Holiday Surcharges:
